招聘岗位：

Proteomics, Principal Scientist/ Research Investigator

职位描述：

1、Support target identification and off target prediction and evaluation with proteomics.

2、Introduce the cutting-edge methods into work and optimize the current platform to improve the work efficiency capability and capacity.

3、Independently design and develop the new assays accordingly and be able to perform the trouble shooting.

4、Be responsible for data interpretation and communication within and outside the group.

5、Maintain and calibrate the Mass spectrum platform cooperatively.

6、Be able to propose targets and initial new programs.

任职条件：

1、Ph.D. degree in analytical chemistry or biochemistry or related major or master degree with 4+ years of industrial experience.

2、In depth experience at least 4~6 years in LC-MS experience. Experience in protein mass spectrometry and proteomics is preferred

3、Experience in cell assay is plus.

4、Strong scientific background with proven track-record of scientific publications.

5、Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated and collaborative.

6、Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
