研究方向：

学习记忆是大脑的基本功能之一。学习指的是获得新的知识、技能、行为、偏好及经验等的过程。其中，通过观察、模仿同类行为进行学习的行为属于社交学习的范畴。不同类型的学习均可产生相关的记忆。记忆形成的过程包括获得、巩固、及提取等过程。因此，我们将以小鼠为主要模型，采用多种技术手段，围绕以下方向进行研究：

1. 长期记忆的巩固机制

食物偏好的社交传递（social transmission of food preference，STFP）是小鼠中的一种社交学习行为，通过这种行为产生的针对特定气味食物的记忆可以持续数月，形成长期的记忆。我们将着重研究这些长期记忆在大脑皮层中巩固的过程，包括分子和神经环路机制。我们将同时关注长期恐惧记忆的形成机制。

2. 不同情境下社交学习行为的环路与分子机制

除了食物偏好的社交传递以外，小鼠在不同情境下也存在模仿同类的"演示小鼠"社交学习的行为。我们将聚焦于社交学习行为，并与个体学习进行比较，探究社交学习的分子和环路机制。
