疫苗是人为操纵机体免疫系统功能的重要方式之一,本人主要研究方向包括:

1. 以肿瘤和重大传染性疾病为对象,致力于新型治疗性疫苗的研发;

2. 探索新型纳米颗粒疫苗的免疫学新机制;

3. 探索淋巴器官微环境对疫苗诱导的适应性免疫应答的调控机制。
