　　报告摘要：Phages are arguably the most genetically diverse organisms on earth. The relatively recent discovery of the CRISPR system highlights the gaps in our knowledge on the attack-defense interactions between phages and bacteria in non-model organisms. The talk will describe our recent understanding of the process of CRISPR adaptation, and will demonstrate strategies for systematic elucidation of phage-bacteria interactions in nature.
